Welcome to 410 Studios!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of 410 Studios’ services and facilities. By booking a session or using our studio, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payments

Session Reservations: All bookings must be made online through our integrated calendar system.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded.

Late Arrivals: Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive additional time.


2. Studio Usage
Equipment and Space: The use of our equipment (microphones, cameras, TV, green screen, etc.) is included with your booking. Please treat all equipment with care.
Damages: Any damage to studio equipment or facilities caused during your session will be assessed, and repair/replacement costs will be charged to you.
Guests: You are responsible for the behavior and actions of any guests you bring into the studio.


3. Content Ownership
All content recorded at 410 Studios belongs to you. We do not claim ownership or retain any rights to your recordings.


4. Studio Policies
Prohibited Content: Illegal, explicit, or harmful content is not permitted.
Clean-Up: Please leave the studio as you found it. Excessive mess may result in a cleaning fee.
No Smoking or Alcohol: Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited in the studio.


5. Limitation of Liability
410 Studios is not responsible for:

Loss of or damage to personal property.
Technical issues arising from user error.
Interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power outages).


6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
